Ezra calls himself a Music Enthusiast who's been honing his craft since his childhood days. He has dedicated his life to nurturing, sharing and celebrating the precious force that connects us all - music.
A refined selector, respected for his humble nature and vast sound selection spanning a plethora of genres, from Reggae to Disco, Electronic Music, World Music and beyond.
He’s always getting to explore his creativity, managing several projects at once, like his current adventure which is founding Orbital Radio, an online community radio station based in Soundworks Studios in Marrickville, Sydney. The station aims to showcase local and international talent. From here, he also broadcasts his own radio show, 'Ezra and Amigos’, which features a new “amigo” each week, both well known international and undiscovered local selectors. Ezra has brought his DJing skills to a multitude of venues: night clubs, theatres, bars, boats, rooftops and beaches to name but a few.
Another of his projects is The Reggae Vinyl Social Club, a community event where guests can bring their own reggae vinyls and play, for everyone to enjoy. The event is well loved by the community and attracts amateurs and professional selectors and MC’s.
He’s currently working on putting together a new electronic event called “π” 3.14159, which aims to dig into the deepest of the underground electronic music scene, showcasing the forgotten/upcoming talent.
For the future, he wishes to continue his musical journey by getting to know as many genres and sounds as possible, producing his own sounds and continue sharing his musical knowledge with whoever wants to listen.
